1. Who is the controller

The data controller is Asenvirocon DOO, Bulevar Mihaila Lalića, 81000 Podgorica, Montenegro.

2. What data we process

The games run in your browser and need no account. We only process the following:

A nickname you type in yourself for the leaderboard (3 to 16 characters) and the scores you submit. The nickname is public on the leaderboard. Don't use your real name if you don't want it shown.
A random device identifier created inside the game. It contains no name or email and only links your scores to the same player.
Your email address, only if you type it into the news form and tick the consent box. You confirm by clicking a link in an email (double opt-in). With it we store the time and wording of your consent, the game you signed up from, and your language.
Play counters and ratings: when you open a game or press like or dislike, the site sends the same random device identifier, the game id and your vote to our server. It is used only to count a play once per player per game per hour and to keep one vote per player per game. It contains no name, no email and no IP address, and it is removed if you use the forget request.
Saved progress and settings (level, earnings, sound, theme). They stay on your device, in the browser's local storage.
A scrambled (hashed) form of your IP address, which changes every day and is deleted within hours, used only to block abuse. We do not store the IP address itself.

3. Local storage and cookies

We use the browser's local storage (localStorage) so the game remembers your progress. This is not tracking and is not sent to anyone. You can clear it in your browser settings.

Favourites, recently played games and your sound choice are kept only in your browser (local storage). They are never sent to us.

This site and the games do not use tracking cookies, third-party analytics or advertising trackers. If that changes, this page will be updated before it does, and we will ask for consent where the law requires it.

4. Legal basis and purpose

Leaderboard: legitimate interest in letting players compare scores, with minimal data (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR).
News by email: your consent (Article 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can withdraw it at any time by unsubscribing in any email.

5. How long we keep data

Email address: until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent.
Nickname and scores: while the game exists. They are anonymised or deleted on your request.
Hashed IP form: a few hours. Signups never confirmed by email are deleted after 30 days. Technical server logs (error logs, no page-access logs): at most 30 days.

6. Who we share data with

We do not sell data. Only the providers that make the service run can access it: hosting (Hetzner Online GmbH, Germany; the server is located in Finland) and email delivery (Google, via the address info@asenvirocon.me). Hosting is inside the EEA. Sending email through Google may involve a transfer outside the EEA (USA), based on the mechanisms Google applies (standard contractual clauses, EU-US Data Privacy Framework).

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, port and object, and to withdraw consent at any time. Write to info@asenvirocon.me. We reply without undue delay and within one month at the latest.

You can also delete your email and its link to your nickname from inside the game, with "Delete my data" in the leaderboard window, or by writing to us. Your scores then stay under the name "Anonymous".

You have the right to complain to the supervisory authority: the Agency for Personal Data Protection and Free Access to Information of Montenegro.

8. Children

The games are general-audience. A nickname must not contain personal data. The email news signup is meant for people over 16; younger users need a parent's consent.

If we change this notice, we will publish the new version here with its date.
